‘Chae Eun-sung RBI+Kim In-hwan 3 RBI+Sanchez QS’ Hanwha wins series with Doosan sacrifice [Game:Score]

The Hanwha Eagles decorated their weekend 3-game series with a winning streak with a winning streak. In the harmony of pitching, he overpowered the Doosan Bears two days in a row and secured his sole 8th place.

Hanwha solidified its winning streak in the bottom of the 4th inning. With the lead hitter Williams hitting the base, Choi Jae-hoon’s sacrifice bunt, and Lee Do-yoon’s infield hit, he got a chance to run 1st and 2nd base and was ready to run away. Moon Hyun-bin stepped away with a left fielder’s floating ball, but Kim In-hwan’s two RBI doubles immediately made the score 7-2.

Afterwards, Sanchez gave Park Kye-beom an RBI sacrifice fly at the end of the 5th inning with 1 out, 1st and 3rd base, but Hanwha kept the mound without giving up any additional runs until the 6th inning. At the end of the 7th inning, with one out and second base, Williams’ one RBI and timely hit made it 8-3, breaking Doosan’s will to pursue. 

Hanwha Sanchez did his part with 4 hits, 1 home run, 2 walks, 6 strikeouts and 3 runs in 6 innings, winning his 6th season. Since the match against Samsung Lions on July 1st, the pain of only 4 losses in the last 5 games without a win was washed clean. 

In the other lineup, Moon Hyun-bin went 5 at-bats, 2 hits, 2 runs, Kim In-hwan went 4 at-bats, 1 hit, 3 RBIs, 1 run, Noh Si-hwan went 4 at-bats, 1 hit, 1 RBI, 1 run, Chae Eun-seong went 4 at-bats, 1 hit, 1 RBI, 1 run, Lee Do-yoon went 4 at-bats, 3 hits, 1 run, etc. The starting pitchers wielded heavy blows side by side.

On the other hand, Doosan lost two consecutive games amid group hunting on the mound and Choi Won-joon’s sluggish performance with 5 hits, 1 walk, 1 strikeout and 4 runs in 1⅓ innings. Soo-bin Su’s performance with 2 hits, 2 steals and 1 run in 4 at-bats was the least consolation.
